HOW TO ORDER

You can order by phone, fax, e-mail, U.S. Mail and/or in person.

Please show name, company, address, telephone, fax, and e-mail.
To order one piece of marble, or any quantity, please include:
a) the material and the color
b) the kind of product or special characteristics if any
c) special treatments (if any)

the measurements: length, width, height or thickness, if it's a special shape (like a cone or hexagon), the respective dimensions

the edge treatment desired, if special: bevels and apron, OGEE edge, cove, bullnose, rustic, etc

holes if any: location, diameter, and counter bore

recesses and any other special request

You don't have to know details or technicalities - no problem - just call us and consult, like most clients do, and we'll clear up any doubts or problems; get the price and payment worked out, along with the delivery time you require.

If the pieces are to be engraved, sand-etched and perhaps color-filled, this should be covered at the time of the order, as well as arrangements for the artwork if you're supplying it.

We pack carefully and rather elaborately, at no charge. Special crating or packing, if any, should be agreed on when the order is placed.

If there is damage to the shipment caused by the carrier, we replace at our cost; we need your help for the information to place our claim. We intend for you to get what you order, in perfect shape and on time, to your satisfaction.

We generally ship UPS or Fed Ex; we can use your preferred carrier and your shipping number if you so request, or drop ship
